FAQ - PLEASE READ FIRST BEFORE ORDERING – Dstar Toys


As a viewer of Dstar01 on youtube, or just a collector surfing by, I am sure you have questions. So here I will answer questions that most of you have and will update this page often.

Q: Are you legit?

We have a strong reputation developed by our presence on YouTube, social
media, and our amazing customers. We take great pride in our service and selection.
If you ever experience a complication or have any questions about ordering,
please message us and we will be more than happy to assist you! (plus we tend to reply really fast!) 

Q: Are your toys bootlegs, KO's (knock-off's), China Clones, etc...?

No, my channel on youtube reviews them but I will not be selling any bootlegs on this website. Everything is authentic and from licensed distributors.

Q: Will there be a return policy?

Yes, please check our return policy page

Q: Can you ship paints out of the USA?

No, at this time there is no way we can ship out any sort of hobby paints or thinners.

Q: How are pre-orders done?

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Due to limited quantities from distributors and the time in which I can pre-order action figures, this assures you get your action figure on time and in your hands faster.

Q: Do you do special orders?

Absolutely! If there is anything you see at another webstore and I don't have it, message me at sales@dstartoys.com or Facebook message me. I will check to see if I can get it for you!

Q: How does DStarToys pack their orders prior to shipping them?

I fully wrap all the toys that you purchase in bubble wrap and place them in a study cardboard box to ensure the figure gets to you safely. Little Armory model kits we pack in a bubble wrapped enforce envelope when ordering a single kit. 

Q: How long will it take to process an order?

The shop is open from 9am to 5pm PST Monday through Friday. If you place an order within those days and times, they will be processed same day. If an order is placed outside our business hours, it will be processed during the next business day at the latest. 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is processed and shipped I cannot cancel the order. I can cancel an order during processing or if a pre-order has not come in yet, and there will be a 15% restocking fee. So please consider your purchases carefully.

Q: Do you price match?

At this time I cannot price match as I am a new toy store. In the future, when I am more established in the industry, I should be able to. Also, I do monthly deals, so always keep an eye out on our website for deals that you don't want to miss.
