Route Shipping Insurance 

  • Lost a package and bought route insurance with your order? Visit
  • All action figures will be shipped in a sturdy box. The exceptions are single purchases of Little Armory model kits and Tamashii Nations effect pieces which are shipped in bubble enforce envelopes.
  • Box can be available upon request at no extra charge for Little Armory model kits and Tamashii Nations effect pieces, so please message us before you order.
  • The shop is open from 9am to 3pm PST Monday through Friday. If you place an order within those days and times, they will be processed same day. If an order is placed outside our business hours (such as the weekend), it will be processed during the next business day. 

 International Orders

  • While we do offer 1st Class International it is NOT recommended as it cannot be tracked after it leaves the United States. Therefore, we hold no guarantees on delivery when you choose 1st class International mail. This service has been known to lose more than 60% of our packages. Please consider the risk.
  • International Envelope Flat Rate only applies for action figure parts and will be shipped in a padded envelope. This service holds no guarantee of delivery due to USPS 1st class international policies and dstartoys hold no responsibility. Please consider the risk before purchasing.
  • We HIGHLY recommend that you ship Priority International, UPS, or DHL as it is the safest and traceable way to assure you get your package.

  • All International orders are susceptible to Import Tax. Dstar Toys is not responsible for any import tax that can occur and it is up to the customer to pay the import tax.
  • If you cancel an order upon release or before release, you will not be receiving your down payment ($5 plus shipping) back as it is nonrefundable. So please consider your purchases.
  • Canceled fully paid pre-orders will have a 20% restocking fee plus the shipping fee. Again, we ask you please consider all your pre-order purchases.


We ask all of customers to please be patient during this pandemic, as all shipping services have been delayed due to COVID19 restrictions and there is no guarantee of an arrival date.
