Shipping Policy
- All packages will be delivered with a tracking number and is traceable within your account.
- Flat rate shipping is our lowest cost delivery method but is also the slowest. No insurance is provided with this service. If you'd like to add insurance we recommend you add ROUTE insurance at checkout.
- Flat Rate plus signature confirmation is a service where you, the customer, must sign for the package when you receive it. This added step provides security to your delivery and prevents theft and loss.
- All action figures will be shipped in a sturdy box. The exceptions are single purchases of Little Armory model kits and Tamashii Nations effect pieces which are shipped in bubble enforce envelopes.
- Box can be available upon request at no extra charge for Little Armory model kits and Tamashii Nations effect pieces, so please message us before you order.
- The shop is open from 8am to 3pm PST Monday through Friday. If you place an order within those days and times, they will be processed same day, but this is not a guarantee as orders will be processed in the order it was received. If an order is placed outside our business hours (such as the weekend), it will be processed during the next business day.
- If package gets damaged, lost or stolen we cannot be held responsible in any way. If any case this happens, you will need to file claims within post office at this link https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
- If a package is returned to Dstartoys due to an insufficient address, it is up to the buyer to pay the reshipping fee of $4 plus shipping cost and must provide the correct address. We do not alter any add recieved. resses when we ship out packages and it is up to the buyer to provide the correct address when ordering.
- We will no longer be offering express shipping within the USA as there is no guarantee of the arrival date of your order.
- Multiple separate orders placed on the same day may ship in one box. Please message us as soon as possible, if you'd like them shipped in separate boxes
International Orders
- While we do offer 1st Class International it is NOT recommended as it cannot be tracked after it leaves the United States. Therefore, we hold no guarantees on delivery when you choose 1st class International mail. This service has been known to lose more than 60% of our packages. Please consider the risk.
- International Envelope Flat Rate only applies for action figure parts and will be shipped in a padded envelope. This service holds no guarantee of delivery due to USPS 1st class international policies and dstartoys hold no responsibility. Please consider the risk before purchasing.
- We HIGHLY recommend that you ship Priority International, UPS, or DHL as it is the safest and traceable way to assure you get your package.
- All International orders are susceptible to Import Tax. Dstar Toys is not responsible for any import tax that can occur and it is up to the customer to pay the import tax.
