Please read the following policy carefully.

Dstar Arms Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Dstar Arms 1/12th Scale firearms are covered under a limited lifetime warranty which entails:

1. If the gun and/or magazine is damaged by either manufacturers defect or customer accidental damage, you may ship (at your cost) the gun and/or magazine back to us for a free replacement. 

2. Damage that our warranty is covered by but not limited to: paint defects, pieces breaking off, damage due to a drop or fall, misuse, or natural disaster.       

3. Free replacement will be shipped to you in a stamped envelope with no tracking number. We will not be responsible for any lost mail

4. Before shipping any damaged guns to us, please email info@dstartoys.com for a return request. 

5. Accessories such as but not limited to: scopes, red dots, rails, flashlights, lasers, holsters or anything that is required to be glued on are NOT included in this warranty. 

Returns

Hobby Paints

All hobby paints and glue (Anchoret, Modo Paints, Paint Thinners, Mr Hobby, and Super Glues) cannot be returned under any circumstances, and all sales are final. Please consider your purchases when it comes to these items. 

Unboxed Action Figures and Model Kits

All unboxed figures and Model Kits (Gundams and Little Armory) are All SALES FINAL. If you have any issues, please e-mail us and we will give you the contact information of the distributor if possible.

Returning a Brand New Product and Canceling Orders

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. (Some items are not covered by the return policy and will be noted on the product page)

Regarding canceled orders. All orders that are canceled by the buyer before being shipped will be subject to a 15% percent restocking fee. No exceptions. 

To be eligible for a New (unused and unopened) product return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. That means if the product is brand new in sealed condition, then the return product must be brand new in sealed condition as well.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the original packaging.
  • Must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Buyer will be responsible for all, to and from, return shipping expenses.
  • Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Returning/Exchanging a Defective Product

Damage packaging of the product IS NOT a defective product. Defective product only apply to the product itself, NOT the box or packaging it came in.

You have 7 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. If we do not have a item in stock, we unfortunately cannot do an exchange, but we will check with the distributor to see if we can get more of the item you need.

Also, please understand that we will not be giving any refunds/returns on opened and defective items, only exchanges will be offered.

To be eligible for a defective product exchange, you must:

  • Contact us first through e-mail: sales@dstartoys.com
  • Provide photo evidence of the defective product.
  • Item must be in the original packaging, with all accessories intact.
  • Must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Buyer will be responsible for all return, to and from, shipping expenses.
  • Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If we cannot solve the problem, Dstar Toys will call the distributor to make things right. We will move on from there.

Bluefin Products

For products that contain a Bluefin distribution sticker on it, please contact customerservice@bluefincorp.com for product support. This is the fastest way to return an item.

Refunds

Refunds only apply to new and unopened items.

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you through e-mail that we have received your returned items.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • When returning a new item, product must be in brand new condition and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We are not responsible for the time it takes to get your funds back.
